Optimum Scouting is founded by Eric Galko, who has worked in the player evaluation and consulting role for over a decade, providing hands on experience across all uses of player evaluation, player personnel, and player process decision making. After over a decade of working with all members of the sports industry, our team and our process advises on the best and most efficient processes, from player personnel for teams and leagues, to anticipating financial impacts for agents and members of the financial industry, to strategy discussions with startups and technology companies.
