Founded by Julie and Tom Luzarraga, Omaha Integrative Care ( OIC ) is dedicated to helping people cope with everyday challenges and navigate transitions in their lives. The first of its kind in Omaha, OIC brings the most effective mind/body therapies under one roof—medical care, yoga, massage, nutrition, health coaching, psychiatric care, and counseling. Everything about the center cocoons you in support, from the meditative energy of the building itself to the integrative approach of our practitioners. Trained by some of the most renowned mind/body experts in the country, our staff brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and compassion to every one of our programs. Focusing on the whole person, they design their classes and services to work in harmony with traditional medicine, enhancing the natural healing capacities of the body and mind.
