Offsite Integrated Structures opened its first manufacturing plant in Thornton, Colorado in 2017. From the beginning OIS has staked our reputation on a seamless collaborative approach with strong industry partners. OIS understands what it takes to make a project successful and efficient from the early design phases through successful installation on the job site.
Our use of innovative technologies combined with strong panelisation and construction field experience means OIS can offer structural systems that remove obstacles and expedite schedules. In 2019, OIS opened a second manufacturing facility in Phoenix, Arizona.
