OCEANIC OFFSHORE ENGINEERING PTE LTD (OOE) A major stockist and service provider for wire ropes, anchor chains, deck machineries as well as heavy lift solution provider Background KS Marinehub Pte Ltd (KSMH), a wholly owned subsidiary of KS Distribution Pte Ltd (KSD) had acquired the 20% interest in Oceanic Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd (OOE) it did not already own from the minority shareholder. Following this acquisition, OOE is wholly-owned by KSMH and is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of KSD. KSD is 55.35 % owned by the KS Energy Ltd and is an investment holding company. The main activities of KSD’s subsidiaries are in trading of hydraulic products, hardware products, tools and equipment and provision of design engineering and fabrication of system equipment for industrial applications to the marine and oil and gas industries. Moving Forward KSD represents more than 300 established and accredited brands and distributes over 70,000 line items. KSD’s strength lies in its strong understanding of the technical requirements of the industries that we serve in, its ability to maintain a good level of stocks to meet the requirements of customers and the ability to offer alternative brands for various equipment. OOE is able to tap on to these services and product ranges and is in a best position to add value to our customers. OOE distributes quality steel wire ropes, anchors, anchor chains and its related components, mooring equipment, synthetic ropes, marine stores, deck machinery and professional marine services. Our premises cover a combined land area of about 60,000 sqft consisting of office block, warehousing and full rigging equipment facilities. We are also working closely with the big manufacturers in Korea and Europe for our wire ropes and synthetic ropes. All materials supplied are accompanied with certificates of conformance and mill class certificates. OOE gives its full assurance that inventory, equipment, products and all related materials being supplied by the company satisfy stringent quality check and are supplied with greater confidence.
