Occupational Therapy Services was established in 1982, and has since grown to become a highly regarded Occupational Therapy service in the Perth metro and regional areas. We provide a variety of specialty OT services divided into five specialty areas and are designed to enhance a person's safety & independence, helping the person to keep an active lifestyle. All our OTs are experienced & conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments combined with a people centred approach. Our OTs are registered with the AHPRA & members of relevant professional bodies including the National OT Association. We conduct continuous professional development, and regularly share our skills by conducting seminars throughout WA. Driving Services We provide specialty assessment, rehabilitation & vehicle modification services following medical illness, injury or for people with a disability which may impact on the person's ability to drive. NDIS Services We provide a diverse range of OT assessment and capacity skill building (rehabilitation) services to participants under the NDIS to help maximise their NDIS plan and achieve NDIS goals. DVA Services Services provided under the DVA Rehab & Appliances Program (RAP) prescribing basic & complex equipment, provide rehab, training & small aids for home & community. Complex Home Modifications We provide consultation for basic & complex home & structural modification to ensure your home is safe & accessible. Assistive Technology Assessment and consult is provided for provision of basic & complex equipment and aids to facilitate improved function, independence and safety. NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments Comprehensive functional capacity assessments are provided to identify & document funding needs for NDIS plans.
