»ORION« BULKERS' core business activity is the full commercial and technical management of its very modern fleet of bulk carriers. Our team consists of around 30 professionals ashore and about 700 sea-going personnel. From our Hamburg office we operate a very young fleet of 23 modern and economic bulk carriers ranging from handysizes up to capesizes. The fleet's total deadweight capacity amounts to 1.964.687 tons and the average age of the fleet is 3 years only. Traditionally our fleet is employed in the world-wide trade and transports mainly grain, coal, iron ore, fertilizers and all kinds of steel cargoes.
