Our head office is in Glasgow & we have further offices in Aberdeen and Inverness We are solely focused on the management of common areas of residential/mixed developments, otherwise known as factoring. Our property managers are professionally trained in the factoring discipline. Each manager deals with all aspects of the common property from repairs to billing and insurances. The manager is the data base for the property and over the years accumulates a vast and detailed knowledge to the benefit of each individual.
