We have developed the first proven effective program to reduce unconscious bias and therefore increase Inclusion.
With our Inclusion Boosters, 40% of participants become bias neutral, 40% effectively reduce social biases.

Neurovalue Inclusion Boosters is the first solution with quantitative, proven impact to reduce biases and change behaviors for more inclusion. It is the outcome of more than 15 years of research started in collaboration with Dr Mahzarin Banaji, Harvard University. Following several pilots with large corporations, we are now able to deliver significant, large-scale and sustainable impact to reduce unconscious biases.

About Neurovalue : we deliver the InclusionBooster Program, fact-based diagnostics, more objective and effective decision making processes, speaking engagements & training programs, and online cognitive tools. We integrate technology with cognitive science.
