Natural Posture Solutions

Our mission is to shed light on newly emerging details about how the human body is designed to work. Until now, these details have been overlooked and misunderstood, a fact that is the cause of many of the health and pain problems experienced by millions of people today. It is the aim of Natural Posture Solutions to: • Present a coherent picture of the biomechanics of the human design, how this design is governed by natural physical laws, and what the benefits are to be gained by living in accordance with these laws; • Provide a basic set of instructions that, when practiced consistently, will enable almost anyone to discover comfortable, pain-free living; and • Inspire research that examines, among other things, the relationship between natural healthy posture and overall health. This includes a growing epidemic of back pain, joint replacement surgeries, a host of health and learning difficulties facing more and more children, the relationship between posture and degenerative conditions of aging, and an ever-growing panoply of health problems. Right now, there appears to be no research relating to natural healthy posture. Before such research can be effectively conducted, there must be a widespread re-learning within the medical and research community of what “good” posture actually is and that dismantles the mistaken, culturally-imposed “ideal” that has led our entire society in the wrong direction.
