NYSARC helps thousands of people across New York State with varying disabilities protect excess money that would otherwise make them ineligible for services, reduce a person’s services, or even cause someone to lose those services altogether. Established by The Arc New York (formerly NYSARC, Inc.) in 1972, NYSARC understands the needs of people with disabilities and works closely with families and service providers to help meet those needs.
