My Supports is a national provider of NDIS supports, including support coordination, daily life, community participation, capacity, and skill building. We also offer the support to live in-community for all abilities, including people with complex and high needs through Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Individualised Living Options (ILO).
Founded by two people in wheelchairs and a long-time carer. This is the lived experience we aim to bring to our services every day. Roughly 25% of our workforce has a disability and a big portion has lived experience of disability.
My Supports works in small neighbourhood teams bringing local connections and contacts. We want you to be part of your own community and build your own support network so you can live as independently as possible in your own surroundings.
At My Supports we pride ourselves on doing our very best to match our clients with our support workers based on compatible personality traits, likes and dislikes, location, and cultural background. Our support workers come from all walks of life which help us make great matches for our clients!
