About Music In The Mountains
For over 30 years, Music in the Mountains has produced an exceptional summer music festival with musicians of the highest caliber. Every July, join us in beautiful Durango, Colorado, for three weeks of world-class music in a charming mountain paradise.
Our festival orchestra is made up of world-renowned musicians and is led by Maestro Guillermo Figueroa. Each year we are joined by phenomenal soloists and guest conductors.
Programming includes classical orchestra pieces, modern pops pieces, family-friendly events, intimate chamber concerts, and more.
