Multicultural Coaching

Multicultural Coaching provides international consulting and coaching services with expertise in child wellbeing and leadership development. We develop research, programs and leaders to improve children's quality of life through evidence-based strategies. Our services fall into three categories: human services consulting, leadership training and leadership coaching. Human Services Consulting We help agencies achieve their goals through research, policy development, strategy, operational design, and implementation. Our areas of expertise include children and people who have been displaced. Leadership Training We prepare managers and high potential employees to grow as leaders who inspire action and integrity. Our trainings focus on leading people and change, driving results and creating an inclusive workplace culture. Leadership Coaching We give leaders the tools and support they need to apply leadership skills to real-life opportunities and challenges. Our one-on-one coaching program creates a safe learning environment for leaders at all levels.
