Launched on March 8 2018, #MovingForward is an open-source directory to highlight VCs discrimination and harassment policies and reporting contacts.
As of May 2018, 100 VC firms in the US have committed as full participants. To join, firms have to list the following:
- An external anti-harassment/discrimination policy (please include a public link - or mention when it will be up)
- A reporting point-of-contact at the firm - for entrepreneurs to report harassment/discrimination issues
- A questions point-of-contact at the firm - for general questions related to diversity, inclusion and harassment
- A short statement (100 words) that addresses the firm’s wider efforts around diversity, inclusion and anti-harassment / discrimination
