MindSpring was an Internet Service Provider founded in 1994 and based in Atlanta GA. MindSpring began as a local ISP but grew to be one of the largest ISPs in the country. It was consistently recognized for having the highest quality of service in the industry and a distinctive culture based on its Core Values and Beliefs. MindSpring Enterprises, Inc. provided Internet services to the individuals and small businesses. Its services included dial-up Internet access and business services including Web hosting, Web page designing, domain name registration, and customer Web server co-location. As of February 4, 2000, MindSpring Enterprises merged with EarthLink Network Inc. in a 50%-50% deal to form EarthLink, Inc.
