The MillBuilt Onsite Wall Panel Production System is a suite of tools that builders use to increase production efficiency in their wood framing crews. We use 3D modeling and automated technology to print top & bottom plates that are marked with all pertinent layout information and cut to length. We also produce production drawings, cut lists & jigs that are used to prefabricate your standard window & door openings onsite. The premarked layout information and prefabricated openings are combined to create assembly-line production of your wall panels; successfully removing the chaos from stick framing and Improving your Life.
