Matchless Records is a boutique record label based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Founded by Chris Kilbourn, ex member and manager of the band Chelsea Grin, Matchless Records prides itself on focusing their small number of metal and rock bands. They provide their bands with financial aid, management, street team support, concert support, CD and merchandise printing, marketing, promotion, and distribution through both online and large retailers including Hot Topic and Best Buy.

Matchless Records also has a artist management division, Monolith Management with over 20 employees.
Monolith has bands from all over the world in almost every genre. Monolith agents have developed the careers of internationally and nationally touring acts Chelsea Grin (Artery/Tooth and Nail Records), In Dying Arms (Artery Foundation), and many more. Each employee from Monolith is a Full Sail University graduate and has had years of experience in the music industry in tour booking, management, distribution, performance, recording, production, and marketing.
