Manlius Pebble Hill School

Manlius Pebble Hill School is located on a 26-acre campus in DeWitt, an eastern suburb of Syracuse, New York. With roots stretching back 145 years, MPH is Central New York’s oldest educational institution and the area’s only Pre-K – Grade 12 independent school. Approximately 325 students are served by an administration and faculty philosophically committed to and guided daily by its mission: “to inspire our students to think critically, act responsibly, and discover a passion for lifelong learning.” The educational environment at MPH is characterized by an exceptional faculty, small classes, hands-on experiential learning, and extraordinary opportunities in independent study, the arts, athletics, extracurricular organizations, and community service. The curriculum is demanding and stimulating, and teachers have the flexibility to adapt their curriculum in response to students’ desires to explore certain material more deeply.
