MakeTimeFlow

You’re busy. But are you genuinely productive, and achieving the impact you want through your work, and in life? A lot of people today struggle with feeling engaged and productive. Whether you work from home or an office (or somewhere in between), there are constant distractions and demands, and it’s hard to focus on bigger goals. Work never feels ‘done’, so you overwork to compensate. The result can range from frustration to burnout. Productivity - when it creates desired outcomes - plays a significant role in your wellbeing. Feeling personally successful, and like your life is moving forward meaningfully, is at the heart of personal thriving. MakeTimeFlow is a wellness solution - for individuals and teams - that helps people flourish by boosting productivity and work-life balance together through smarter work techniques and thoughtful team norms. Our solutions improve results for work and life. We help individuals and teams develop new skills in prioritization, goal-setting, time-blocking, achieving focus through ‘flow’ and ‘deep work’, and identifying areas in life where people want to most succeed and achieve impact. We also teach new ways to create balance.
