Since its formation in 1986, Novi Footwear (Far East) Pte Ltd. has gained a reputation as one of the leading sourcing companies and exporter of footwear in the Far East. Our products range covers ladies fashion shoes, men’s casual, sport shoes, children shoes, canvas, espadrilles, rubber boots and slippers. Our customers include brands, independent retailers, department stores, family shoe stores, catalogue companies and hypermarkets in Europe, USA and Canada, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand . As a facilitator between our customers and our manufacturers, Novi Footwear positions itself as 'Virtual Manufacturer' and adds value in the supply chain by bringing in design and technical knowledge, market and product know-how, organizing skills in the processes. Novi Footwear employs over 390 people in 18 different countries and works with factories in China, Vietnam and Indonesia. The company remains privately owned and the directors actively run the business on a day-to-day basis. The workforce has remained stable for many years, ensuring that experience and knowledge is maintained.
