MCT is a fast growing organization involves in whole spectrum of property developments; from intrinsic innovative architecture design to construction, from property sales & leasing to expansion into operations of hotels, banqueting and seminars, as well as in entertainment and leisure centres. Currently, MCT Group of Companies is actively progressing on a total of 970-acres land bank which, 773-acres are located within Klang Valley and 177-acres are located at Johor with total GDV of RM17-billions. Out of the 970-acres of land, the main project currently in hand is “One City”. One City is an integrated commercial development spanning across 77-acres gross land that consists of retail spaces, entertainment hub, office suites & corporate office towers, 1200 hotels room, 2500 seating capacity auditorium, lavish residential service apartment and conferencing facilities with combined net floor area of 6.5 Million ft2 with GDV of RM5-billions. One City started work in Year 2008 and will be developed in 5-phases. One City Phase 1, 2 & 3 consisted of 1.7M ft2 net let-table retail & office space and 243 nos of business class hotel rooms scheduled to open in 3rd quarter of 2013.
