MAK was founded in Norway in 2015 to bring a new perspective to the increasing number of dialogues about what diversity is. As the core team consists of people working in the private sector. The brief history of MAK has seen successful reshaping of the narrative of what the public and private sectors should be doing to address diversity as a competitive advantage. Specifically MAK has designed and held events to help shape the narrative of diversity and inclusion, by talking about subjects that are relevant to society and businesses. Working with systemic change and solutions on how to improve diversity in the workplace, has become a later stage of the activities MAK conduct.
