The Long Ridge Energy Terminal (“Long Ridge”) is situated on 1,660 acres in Monroe County, Ohio and Wetzel County, West Virginia, in the heart of the Marcellus and Utica shale formations. Long Ridge has three primary business outlets that are operational or in development: combined-cycle power generation, LNG storage/transloading and frac sand transloading. The unique location Long Ridge possesses offers its customers best in class infrastructure, including: - 300 acres of available flat land - Two privately owned barge docks on the Ohio River with docking capacity of up to 48 barges - 12 mile short-line railroad into the terminal is owned by Long Ridge and provides access to Norfolk Southern - Direct access to Ohio Route 7 for truck transportation - Conveyor belt system capable of handling 100,000 tons of frac sand: equipped with 21 silos of various sizes - Two LNG storage tanks with 45,000 barrels of capacity - Four LNG pipelines: gas well direct to site - Combine-cycle LNG fire power plant generating 485 MW to on-site tenants and third parties (commissioned for 2020) Long Ridge is owned by Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors Ltd (NYSE: FTAI), which is managed by Fortress Investment Group (NYSE: FIG).
