Liberty Broadcast Experience

Liberty University Broadcast Communications Department provides students with hands-on experience utilizing industry-standard broadcast equipment. The Liberty Broadcast eXperience (LBX) encompasses all the opportunities available to students. LBX students produce sports starting with club hockey and eventually progressing to upper-level productions such as NCAA Division I football. Large scale concerts, on-campus events, performances, and studio shows are a few of the entertainment broadcasts that LBX students create. Students work alongside freelancers and industry professionals as well as producing entirely student-run broadcasts. LBX students use EVS, DreamCatcher, 3play, Grass Valley, Ross, TriCaster, Xpression, Vizrt, Calrec, Presonus, Digico, Yamaha, and Sony cameras.
