Our companies: Lerus Crew Management (founded in 2007) - is one of the biggest providers of highly qualified crew in Ukraine. Since 2007 we help with the recruitment of qualified seafarers from Ukraine, Russia, EU for different kinds of vessels in offshore sector. For present time we are supplying specialists to Stanford Marine LLC (Middle East), Hadi Al-Hammam (Saudi Arabia), MTC Group (UK), EMAS (Singapore), Pacific Radiance Ltd (Singapore), Fugro Holland BV, Svitzer. Lerus Training Centre (founded in 2012) - Training Centre with the latest and innovative equipment from Kongsberg Maritime AS (Norway) and GlobalSim (USA) is only one of its kind in Eastern Europe. All training courses are based on the recommendations of international training standarts. The quality of our management systems has been verified by Bureau Veritas. We are one of the accredited Dynamic Positioning training centers of The Nautical Institute training scheme. Lerus Group operates a new training centre in Singapore from January 2016 Lerus Consulting (founded in 2014). The main goal of this department is to provide leading solutions to the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry: project consulting; vessel trials; FMEA; qualification, equipment and operation assessment.
