As the WA Government’s land and development agency, we operate across the breadth of Australia’s largest State, with a diverse range of projects – from strategically-located industrial estates to vibrant and connected residential communities. Through the Industrial Lands Authority (ILA), we work to streamline job-creating projects that will strengthen the WA economy and deliver new opportunities for industry innovation and expansion. Rich in mineral and agricultural resources, and close to key Asian markets, WA provides exciting opportunities for industrial development. ILA projects encompass key metropolitan estates and regional developments such as the new Peel Business Park in Nambeelup which will ultimately become a 1,000ha sustainable industrial zone at the gateway to the rapidly-growing Peel region south of Perth. With a focus on agri-innovation and opportunity, and strong road and port infrastructure links providing connections to national and overseas markets, this flagship ILA project is a key example of our approach to development across the industrial and residential sectors. Our residential developments aim to create diverse and affordable housing options to support WA’s growth and population change. Our award-winning infill developments make the best use of existing infrastructure and breathe new life into urban areas, and set new benchmarks for sustainability.
