Kweak is a messaging platform that enriches communication; it empowers people to better express their emotions through audio, video and text – in seconds. Kweak is disrupting traditional messaging by allowing users to “remix” elements of their message with emotional effects that convey a deeper meaning. The app is available for Android and iOS. The company is based in Berlin and incubated by castaclip Networks, which was recognized in 2015 as one of the top 10 fastest growing companies in Germany, by Focus Magazine and Statista. Kweak is led by serial entrepreneur Ekow Yankah, founder of castaclip and former MD of Buongiorno, the world´s largest mobile content group; media and entertainment veteran John A. Lack, creator of MTV, Nickelodeon, ESPN2 and the Movie Channel; and Andrea Macario, mobile marketing sales leader and former director of Nokia´s in-app ad network.
