KnowHow2 is an e-learning system developed to train, track and evaluate sales staff and promotional staff. We understand that equipping individuals with the relevant brand and product knowledge not only empowers them to perform at their best but ensures that the brand is represented in a positive and enhancing manner.

We offer an e-learning program aimed at training the staff that engage with customers on behalf of a brand while keeping brand informed of the learner scores and depth of understanding. We know how difficult it can be to track and report on the level of understanding of information which is why we have developed this system to track learner results to assure you that the promotional and sales staff engaging with customers while representing your brand are fully trained with the latest brand material.

This training can form part of a staff incentive campaign, promotional campaign or simply to ensure sales staff and promoters have all the up to date information and understanding about a particular brand or product.
