Kingswood University is a privately-chartered university through the province of New Brunswick and internationally accredited by the Association of Biblical Higher Education. Degrees are granted in church-related education, primarily in ministry, music, counseling and Christian School Education. Articulation agreements with Asbury Theological Seminary and Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University facilitate advanced placement. The articulation agreement in place with the University of Maine at Presque Isle allows Kingswood graduates to complete 2 education degrees in 2 countries in 5 years. Kingswood University graduates serve in 22 countries of the world. Current enrollment includes representatives from 7 Canadian provinces and 17 states in the USA, along with students from Austria, Hong Kong and New Zealand. Kingswood University is the only Canadian institution in the The Wesleyan Church's higher education system which also includes Houghton College, Indiana Wesleyan University, Oklahoma Wesleyan University, and Southern Wesleyan University.
