Founded in 1978, Kaufman & Company is a boutique investment bank focused on providing M&A advisory and private placement services to middle and emerging market companies.  M&A assignments are both sell- and buy-side, and private placements include raising equity from venture capital and private equity firms as well as arranging debt with a variety of lenders, including banks and other non-bank lenders, insurance companies, mezzanine funds, and many types of specialty finance companies.
