JobsInAdtech.com was created to fill a gaping hole in the recruitment process in the advertising technology industry. Despite the industry being almost thirty years old, adtech has had to rely on personal contacts and LinkedIn in order to help companies find candidates, and candidates find companies. Sites like Indeed and Monster have led the way showing that digital job boards can be hugely successful in supporting recruiters, but have always had far too wide a candidate base to support the adtech industry. JobsInAdtech.com was soft-launched in April 2023 to aid candidates who are already in the space to simply find which recruiters have live vacant roles today and apply with ease. We are full supporters of all forms of diversity and inclusion, and will continue to champion this on the frontline for companies that share our values.
