Founded in 2011, Jaffa Parks owns and operates land-lease properties, focusing on Manufactured Housing Communities (MHCs). We actively acquire and improve MHCs on behalf of our principals, investors, and residents. By refocusing management and implementing cutting-edge technology, we add value and grow cash flow. By upgrading and maintaining common areas, we promote cleanliness, safety, and mutual respect with residents. Jaffa Parks has assembled a suite of technologies, systems, and management practices that enables operational scale while reducing risks inherent to MHC management. Cash is eliminated, offices are paperless, and hardware / cloud-based software are standardized. In addition to simplifying IT management and providing real-time oversight, this approach enables us to onboard a new location within days. Competent, reliable, and honest on-site management is at the heart of any successful MHC operation. Jaffa utilizes a rigorous screening process that results in dedicated staff with little turnover. We provide financial incentives to on-site management for collection, leasing, and grounds-keeping achievements, aligning interests throughout our organization.
