JYC-NCL Pte Ltd was incorporated on 7 August 2001 by: * Jian Yu Construction Pte Ltd (experienced construction company) * NCL Housing Pte Ltd (experienced dormitory operator) JYC-NCL Pte Ltd is committed to design, build and operate worker dormitories for SCAL members. The SCAL Dormitories located at 21 & 41 Soon Lee Road were built and declared operational effective in Dec 2001 and June 2004 respectively. Current total capacity comfortably houses 6000 workers. JYC-NCL Pte Ltd's main objective is to provide condusive and safe accommodations for foreign workers working in Singapore in the construction industy. Having recognized the need to tackle the housing problems of foreign workers in Singapore, JYC-NCL Pte Ltd has set the following long-term goals: Our Mission To provide proper living standards and condusive living environments by ensuring the safety, cleanliness, comfort and self-sufficiency of housing for foreign workers in Singapore. Our Vision To be the leader in providing dormitories for foreign workers, complete with amenities that provide and promote a safe living environment.
