Our clients are drawn from the residential and commercial sectors. They range from Receivers, Lending Institutions, Developers, Owner Management Companies, International Fund Managers and Private Investors. With over 20 years of experience in the Irish housing market, we provide a highly professional and fully transparent service, with a strong emphasis on communication. We believe that there is no such thing as a ‘one-size-fits all’ approach to Property Management. Instead we offer tailored, innovative and customised solutions in the most cost effective way. JSPM manage developments in Dublin, Cork, Wexford, Meath, Kildare and Wicklow. We manage a mixed portfolio of residential, retail and commercial. All sites are grouped into Property Portfolios and are then managed by one of our Portfolio Teams. Each Portfolio Team consists of a Property Manager, Accountant, Credit Controller and a Maintenance Coordinator.
