JHC Design+Build

JHC is a licensed, women-owned general contracting company that is dedicated to well built, structurally sound residential remodels and additions. From concept to completion, JHC provides skilled professionals for all your needs from building design and layout to finish product selection. For over 28 years, JHC has been building and remodeling homes in the San Gabriel Valley region of California. JHC has a unique ability to merge design with function so that your vision becomes a comfortable and livable reality. One of our hallmarks is to make new additions blend seamlessly with your original aesthetic; your house will appear as if it was always constructed that way. JHC builds homes for families which means the Jobsite will be clean and safe when you and your family come take a look at the progress. Plus, we specialize in helping families select materials with no harmful off-gases or other potentially harmful materials (most contractors ignore the long-term health risks). “We are perfectionists at heart and passionate about our craft. Your home will be treated with as much pride and care as if it were our own.” “We synthesize what each member of your family wants and encapsulate that in a plan that everyone loves while keeping you informed every step of the way.”
