Invictus4Core is an Addiction and Mental Health clinic located in Lexington, KY. Through the use of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Counseling, Psychiatry, Primary Care, Case Management, Peer Support, and an array of other services, we strive to provide our patients with holistic care that tends to all of your needs as you combat substance use or mental health disorders.
