InterpreterEd.com offers the Medical Healthcare Interpreter Training program, a comprehensive 60-hour live, online course that meets the requirements of both the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI) and the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters (NBCMI), the two professional organizations offering national certification.
This course offers:
• Support for all languages
• A variety of class times, including weekday and weekend options
• An interactive and fun learning environment, with an experienced instructor who is a certified professional healthcare interpreter
• A modern course curriculum, including a comprehensive course textbook and medical terminology book
• A core medical terminology e-book, with carefully chosen words and terms students will use daily on the job
• An optional 100-hour Interpreter Clinical Rotation at a hospital, clinic, or medical office
