We are a rail engineering and project management specialist consultancy, and have successfully managed the delivery of multiple track and civil engineering projects in brownfield and greenfield environments. We operate exclusively in the railway sector, and provide a complete service from business case development and concept design, through to construction, testing, commissioning and handover. Our team of rail professionals bring decades of hands on experience in the Australian railway construction industry to the task of managing complex rail projects, most commonly as the Client's Representatives. All our expertise and resources are focused on delivering quality rail projects safely, on time and on budget while mitigating the risk of post-delivery litigation. We have worked extensively for all the major Rail Infrastructure Managers and Accredited Rail Operators in Victoria on major projects including the Level Crossing Upgrade Project, Regional Rail Link Project, Maryborough Passenger Rail Services project, Ballarat Maryborough Level Crossings Upgrade project, Regional Fast Rail project and Mildura Rail Corridor - Freight Upgrade project. We are also currently providing services in Queensland, South Australia and New South Wales. We are always willing to explore infrastructure project partnerships anywhere in Australia, India, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. We are also willing to undertake specific responsibilities within major projects, or provide rail access management as required for road and civil infrastructure projects. IRE is recognized by rail authorities in Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, New South Wales and the ACT. We also offer our Australian rail engineering skills to overseas companies tendering for projects in this country.
