InterSpace Design was founded in 1984 and prides itself in delivering unique solutions responsive to client priorities for both commercial and residential projects. With over 30 years experience, its principal, Marie Chan, CID, ASID, GREEN AP, has handled commissions ranging from commercial offices to health care facilities and private residences.
Marie engages her clients in a collaborative design process that respects their budgets and schedules. Her interest in green design extends to creative re-use of existing furnishings, and is equally adept at helping clients avoid costly mistakes in remodels as exploring the use of innovative, eco-friendly products.
The company's projects can be found in San Francisco and throughout Silicon Valley, including Los Altos Hills, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Burlingame, San Carlos, Redwood City, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino, and San Jose.
