Facilitation - Many organizations choose to develop professional, managerial and soft skills within the framework of in-house training. I believe in interactive facilitation (rather than content delivery in a lecture) where participants take an active part during the training, arrive at their own personal insights through exercises, and leave the training with a list of actions to implement. Coaching - Coaching is aimed at helping functioning individuals to set and achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and maintain motivation. The goal of personal coaching is that at the end of the process, the trainee will acquire the tools necessary to achieve their goals and the confidence to go after them.
