IC Software

Since 2003, IC Software has been offering elegant recruitment solutions to individuals and companies in the embedded software, DSP and toolchain domains. Headed by ex-industry consultants, the team at IC Software is committed to offering the highest levels of customer service. We put the good of our candidates and clients ahead of our own, which creates a virtuous cycle of mutual loyalty and long term business relationships – everybody wins! IC Software helps companies throughout Europe to identify key people within the “hardest to fill” areas of software. Embedded software, DSP and toolchain development are rare skillsets, and critical to the delivery of successful systems for consumer, industrial, medical, automotive, mobile and fixed communications and a range of other products. IC Software is part of the IC Group, which includes IC Resources (semiconductor specialists), IC 3E (electronics specialists) and IC Creative (UX/UI specialists). As such we have access to one of Europe’s largest high tech networks, and have worked with pre-product start ups to international organisations such as Broadcom, Qualcomm, ARM, Intel, Imagination, CSR, etc. Please contact us to discuss any aspect of embedded software, DSP and toolchain development recruitment.
