HyFun Foods is a venture of M/s. Asandas & Sons, a group enriched with more than 50 years of experience and success in Potato business, now spearheaded by the third generation. Due to changing lifestyle, increasing income, nuclear families, etc. there has been tremendous growth in demand for Frozen Foods.This growth has facilitated food processing to be one of the fastest growing industry in recent times. Potato processing holds a significant share of this industry, therefore the dynamic& young management gave a new direction by venturing into manufacturing of Frozen French Fries and other Potato based Snacks. In the last decade, North Gujarat has emerged to be a leader in cultivation of processing variety of potato. All major processors source their potato from this region, therefore the organization is at a significant advantage since it enjoys a very good reputation & relationship with potato growers in & around North Gujarat and hence would leverage the same for organizing the continuous supply of best potato varieties for their processing plant. The processing plant is built as per the International Standards with state of the art technology import from Europe in order to manufacture best of the products under international hygiene norms. A wide range of mouth-watering appetizers which include our signature French Fries and other potato specialties such as Aloo Tikki, Burger Patty, Chilli Garlic Potato Bites, Crispy Potato Wedges, Veggie Nuggets, Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Cheesy Potato Bites, Potato Triangles and the famous Mumbai Batata Vada. The commercial production is expected by October 2015
