Our Reality Check is a comprehensive assessment which captures the insights of your team, customers and stakeholders, identifies what’s really going on and helps you to be sure you have the foundations in place before you start on a project, or to course correct for a project which may need to re-focus. CHANGE ON TAP Many organisations run lean, and either do not have a Change Function or their Change Function doesn’t have the resource for the upcoming change. Often the response is to ask members of the organisation to run projects alongside their day job , and rarely does this play out well. Change on Tap allows you to bring in the support you need and simply turn off the tap when you no longer need the support. For some clients, this is 5 days a week for a defined period, for others an initial burst of activity or a part time role to provide support in the run up to, during and after Board meetings to ensure that projects are progressing.
