How To Ink is a literal translation of the Chinese characters 凹凸印 (Āo Tú Yìn), inspired by the art of printmaking which works on a ying-and-yang principle, by utilising negative and positive moulds to produce certain impressions on paper. Thus, How To Ink translates to our philosophy; by learning about printmaking and handicraft, we would then share by passing down our knowledge.
The team share a common passion in printmaking and handicrafts. As aspiring graphic designers, they strive to push forward boundaries and make craft accessible to everyone. Their mantra is to have fun in the process of picking up a new skill.
