Highstreet is a real estate development firm focused primarily on developing condo quality rental apartments. Since 2005, Highstreet Ventures has developed and built 17 projects including; 1,708 rental apartments, 301 condos and 48 townhomes, as well as developing and selling a hotel. These projects reside in BC, Alberta, North West Territories and soon to be Ontario. Our exceptional team works hard to create communities that we'd be happy to call home. Highstreet Ventures also recognizes that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements.
