We are not a licensed brokerage, or agency, this ensures we have no conflict of interest, and we are not incentivized to promote one specific health plan over another. We are a pure play healthcare marketing company that respects consumers and their privacy. Our business model requires HealthNetwork to operate as both a conduit for consumers to enroll in a health insurance plan, as well as a watchdog for consumers and their rights. HealthNetwork never asks consumers for sensitive and or unnecessary information, for example, whether or not an individual has a preexisting condition. Health Insurance Carriers can no longer exclude consumers because of a pre-existing condition, so it is entirely unnecessary for us to ask for this information. We also do not resell consumers contact information either, we are not a lead generation company. We simply help consumers find the health insurance plan that is right for them, and provide them with the ability to enroll online, offline or telephonically. With HealthNetwork, the consumer is in control. The end result is that consumers seem to appreciate our business model and approach.
