Queensland's first independent health promotion agency, established to improve the health and wellbeing of Queenslanders and reduce health inequities, with an initial focus on reducing the risk factors that drive the chronic disease burden, such as poor nutrition, physical inactivity and obesity.
While we are accountable to government and the broader community, we are an independent agency that will work relentlessly to achieve outcomes that benefit the whole of Queensland.
