Green Technology Racing is leading the drive to sustainable business in the motorsport and low volume production sports/GT car (niche) vehicle industries. The company is a member of the Niche Vehicle Network. We are also actively involved in Technology Strategy Board and other low carbon automotive schemes. We acted as experts at the Cheltenham Sustainable MotoExpo in September 2012. Sustainability: - is simple to understand - encompasses the whole business - is measured and audited to ISO standard - has significant long term financial and performance benefits - assists business to gain investment and finance - is not specifically about being “green”, “eco” or “low carbon" - focuses on the way the business operates rather than the products it produces. There is a distinct lack of knowledge about the benefits from sustainability to small and medium enterprise businesses. These SMEs however make up the majority of the motorsport and niche vehicle industry.
