All of our partners are experienced trial lawyers; among them are two Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Viewing the case through the lens of trial serves our clients well, whether or not the case ultimately is tried: even in settlement, you cannot succeed if you have not prepared to win at trial. The GTTC lawyer you hire is the lawyer who does your work. We do not hire associates right out of law school. We consciously avoid the “pyramid” model of many junior lawyers reporting to a few senior partners. Our partners roll up their sleeves, do the work, and know the facts and law, period. A lawyer’s greatest asset is his or her judgment—that which is earned predominantly by standing in court, presenting evidence, and persuading judges and juries. We do this everyday by focusing, on our client’s ultimate objective and avoiding minor but costly battles that do not advance that objective. GTTC provides litigation and insurance policyholder recovery and coverage advice services to a broad spectrum of clients from FORTUNE 50 corporations to independent startups, government entities, not-for-profit organizations, and individuals. We generally litigate claims involving insurance recovery and coverage; corporate ownership, corporate governance and business contracts; shareholder rights and securities; product liability as well as personal injury.
