Goldstein Roth & Co. is an Indian Global investment Bank arm with its roots in large cross-border funding. We are sector agnostic but specifically very active in Power, Energy, Infrastructure, Technology, Healthcare and Real Estate. We are buy-side mandate holders of various forms of capital earmarked for India from international investors.

We are also a strategic partner in India for Cantor Fitzgerald LLP, the world’s largest privately held investment firm on Wall Street. Cantor Fitzgerald together with its affiliates, operates in more than 60 offices in 20 countries and we bring an international level of investment banking to our clients. Our transactions are all run offshore, with closer proximity to the much larger investor universe than an international investment bank in India typically brings.

We also take on smaller domestic mandates of under $50m where Cantor Fitzgerald sometimes has a light touch.

Goldstein Roth Finance facilitates domestic debt and equity trades of $2m-$100m from NBFCs, Banks and UHNI Family Offices. We also take on domestic equity mandates of $25m-$100m in GSR Finance and are active in this space with strategics, private equity funds, venture capital funds and both domestic and international sources of funding.
